If you continue to negative people on this site, no one will help you.
We don't know what a nabe is. We don't know what what c is. We don't know what the harassment is or the antisocial behavior, or who is doing it. We don't know what you are even asking. PLEASE use the Answer box below to tell this in more detail.

thomas10 does not find this helpful : did not giv anser

First, may I call your attention to the guidelines for using the comments feature found here:

How can I have given an answer when you didn't ask an intelligible question? My answer was helpful because it told you that we couldn't understand your question and to repeat it so we could help. So instead of explaining your question you figuratively slapped my face for trying to help you. I'm beginning to see where the antisocial behavior comes in.

What's a Naber?

What exactly is the antisocial behavior team? Is this some sort of company, or service?

What sort of harassment?

We need more information in order to give you accurate advice.

My sleuthing has determined that he lives here:

Bolton - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolton)

His post:

The anti-social behavior team [a UK social service?] is hassling me. My neighbor has told lies about my kids to the anti-social behavior team, and I am being harassed by them [the team]. What can I do?

I'm impressed, Wondergirl. I wonder if OP will be back to explain more and get help, which people here really are willing to give.

This is simple to get sorted.
Report them to the POLICE, job done!

I'm impressed, Wondergirl.
Thank you, joy. I worked my way through college by typing guys' term papers, plus have done plenty of "translating" as I've typed for others over the years. That, along with being a nosy librarian, helped me figure it out.
