I'd go back to the doctor and get some real answers. The yellow discharge needs to be addressed as well as your other symptoms. And if you're not pregnant, your doctor needs to help you figure out what is going on with your cycle. Sometimes skipping a month is no big deal. But the other are cause for concern

Did you have an adult with you when you went to the doctor for a pregnancy test?
If not, you could always go back to the same doctor, if yes, you have nothing to hide.
If your underage perhaps talking it over with your mother or another adult will help.

If there's a planned parenthood in your area they are confidential (at least I know they are in Colorado) and will not contact your parents. They're website is plannedparenthood.org.
Unfortunately I don't know what Louisiana's laws are regarding confidentiality. Planned Parenthood will protect patient confidentiality to the extent that state law allows.
