Last year I met a woman who I thought was the a wonderful person, but actually she is not. She told me how she fraud to an immigration.

That was happen 10 year ago. First of all, she asked her brother son to be her son. Then she can took her brother son to came to u.s.a. but her brother had to pay her for $30000.

The sister did not adopt the brother son, also she did not go through the law. They just pay to the police officer then ask them to wrote a paper evidence said they are mother and son they are relatives. In that time the son was 8 year old. How could this happen to this women. She and husband with other 3 kids in u.s about 10 yeas. How can she have another son in china? Because this boy was born without birth certificate.the boy aunt told her father do not sign a birth certificate for him.' they already plan to be fraud to the immigration'

So must be think that was a fraud immigration. She told me the embassy counselor did not ask to check them having a DNA test .

But this was happen 10 year ago, can I still report is fraud to the immigration. And how to I report ?

Why would you report it? What is your interest in this?

I have no idea where any of this happened but there was NO adoption in the US without involving the legal system - if that is what you are saying.

So what or how is it effecting you, why do you care if she is raising her brothers son as her own son, many family members take in their familiy members to raise.

You aren't breaking the law. She is.

It happened 10 year ago and you meet her last year, so how does it involve you ?

If you want help or real answers you will need to be more complete about what is happening

And what business of this is yours? You aren't the Police. I have no idea what "she is traded with her brother" means.

If you feel it necessary to report her, here's the site: DHS | Contact Us (http://www.dhs.gov/xutil/contactus.shtm)

(I am amazed that you would gain the confidence of this person and then use the information against her.)
