I see they are upscaling and asking for medical checkup as well as passport and visa. This is scam marcist and you should not send any money, and stop contact with these people. You will never see your money again, or the person who wants you to spend it.

I thought they had stopped asking for the medical money since almost everyone knew that was not a legal requirement any longer.

Just wait, they will want a few thousand in cash soon for money in the bank to leave the county also.

Then they get robbed on the way to the airport, and have plane ticket stolen, and passport and will need more money for that.
