I've just turned 15 and currently have a bra size of 34H is there anyway to reduce this without surgery? It gets me down so much I'm afraid to take off my bra around boys in the future!

The problem becomes complicated because of your age. Your not done growing yet. Also as far as reduction goes the only real way is losing weight as far as a way to do it without surgury. But your body will change yet again should you become pregnant in the future.

Any significant amount of reduction would have to be through surgury. And that involves a plastic surgen. You might try consulting with one if your parents allow it and ask what your options are and risks for later in life. Your best option is to do nothing until after your body changes have occurred. Be very careful if you consider any weight loss program as you never want to over do it. There are great risks involved. Always consult your doctor before starting a weight loss program.

I know someone who had a breast reduction, and who kept pictures of the surgery and her recovery, which wasn't so bad. She was young, but over 21. Surgeons will advise you to wait. Large breasts can lead to hiatal hernia, I believe.

In some parts of the world mothers have taken to wrapping their daughters tightly with cloth or ace bandages to keep them less attractive to boys. Some women do it who wish they were not female. Many female athletes want to compress their breasts and there is clothing for this. My advice would be to try all sorts of spandex tops, tops with shelf bras, sports bras, and just plain double layers of tank tops (you have probably tried all this) instead of a typical bra.

Heavy breasts may lead to back and shoulder problems as you get older, and perhaps when your body has finished growing having a consultation on breast reduction is something to research.

In the mean time get fitted for a really good supportive bra, there are bras on the market that can make large breasts appear smaller.
