There's this girl, beautiful n very smart. Fell in love with her. Studied together. Great friends at first. Then she came to know about my feelings for her through her friends. Cut all ties with me. Had no chance to talk to her thereafter, left me with no clue why she was doing this. Very hard for me to just ignore her and moving on. Boys have feelings too.
After some 8 months, tried to get in touch with her, she answered back " need time before she can speak to me" . Everybody knows this doesn't sound good at all.

How long am I supposed to wait?
Needs time? What for?
6 months to figure out what now?

She made a mess of my feelings.. no kidding here.. ruined my reputation in front of evrybody so that breakup seems to be her's without feeling guilty about it.

If someone could giv me stg to understand better..

She didn't break up with you! You were never together in the first place so she has nothing to feel guilty about, just because you didn't get the outcome you wanted does not make her a bad person nor does it make you look stupid in front of everyone, she told you she needs time before she can speak to you, just leave her be until she is ready or forget her, I think she is only telling you to give her time because she is hoping you will get over her so she doesn't have to face you and hurt your feelings, I don't think she is interested (im only giving my opinion, not trying to be harsh). My advice would be to move on. You will eventually find someone that likes you back, but don't be mean to this girl just because she doesn't like you in "that way" cause you will only look like a sore loser, hold your head up high and pretend like you don't care... :)

She obviously didn't have the same feelings you did , her actions clearly show that, not her fault and don't feel like it's yours either .

Leave her be , you'll get over her and get to keep your dignity as well.

Thanks. I don't think she's a bad person at all. Accrd to u,she doesn't want to hurt me: then tel me why she made up a lie that I wanted to assault her.she ruined my rep in front of everybody. All of my friends now just don't want to be with me. Who's mean? I never expected her to behave like this. I have always been honest to her, never lied to her. She could have been upfront and told me about anything bothering her.Why did she have to wreck me like this. I had a nervous breakdown because of this. I have no hard feelings towards her, right now I just want to talk to her.

Just to let know how I feel about all this and finally put an end to this.

I don't if girls will ever read this but :

Boys have feelings too. They are not always jerks! If you don't want a relationship, say so,it's harder to let things go afterwards. And if you don't want to hurt someone just say the truth. It's harsh but can be very helpful to both parties.

Her actions have told you already she doesn't want to be with you , why would you want to be with someone who wrongly accuses you of assault anyway? I certainly wouldn't!

You'll be fine honestly , once you've accepted it just takes a bit of time.

Then you'll be in a better place emotionally when the right one comes along.

Good luck! :)

Sucks when they don't like you and reject you.

You will get over the hurt.

Just keep meeting new people. You've already set aside months waiting for her while she's made it clear that she doesn't want a romantic relationship with you.

It's difficult to accept, but you can do it. As for why she needed time? It's just another way of letting you down easy. Ignoring you long enough should let you know that she has no interest in you. That's the part you need to understand about her needing time.

IF she really wanted to be with you, should would not make you wait like that.
