Im 19 years old and I had some test done about a week ago. They gave me my results today even though they say it may not be accurate since the results were given early but I am concerned about my health since the Dr. told me I was having problems with my liver. My bilirubin total is 2.6 and it has to be around 0.2-1.1.My questions are:
-Are there certain foods I can eat to help it go back to normal?
-What can I do to maintain a normal total?
-What are the causes to a high total of bilirubin?
I would appreciate a response to any of the questions, thank you.
