What would the outlier be, I think 9.9.. Am I right?

Right. Which one of these data points is the furthest away from the mean? How many standard deviations from the mean is it? Is it enough standard deviations away to be considered an outlier?

The answer is always the number that seems to have the largest difference between the other numbers. Majority of the numbers are 1 point away however 0.3 is 5.5 away from the next number (5.8)... so 0.3 is your outlier
