Hi my name is Na'Ni from buffalo ny. My boyfriend just graduated from school and we are currently expecting a baby girl in july' unfortunately he violated probation due to missing a pre-sentencing hearing and missing probation 3 times, so they hit him with a misdemeanor so he has now been in jail since feb.3; his next court date is march 22? Despite the fact the judge seems racists can you please tell me what you think will happen from here?

No the judge is not racist your boyfriend is stupid for missing a hearing and missing 3 appointments, in fact he should have been violated on just one of those, and has had more than one break already.

Next of course he is sitting in jail, you don't get bail on probation violation

Next what is the new charge for, the new misdemeanor for,

But most likely he will be put on probation again at the next hearing, unless he says something stupid at the hearing.

Then he will have the chance to "just miss" this or that, you act like missing those things are no big deal, I hope him sitting in jail teaches at least one of you that they are a big deal.

Isn't this a site to ask a question and not judged I didn't ask for your smart remarks towards anybody you could have went about this in a different manor. You don't know the judge nor do you know the reasons he missed his appt. So before you go pointing fingures check yourself because clearly we all make mistakes at some point in our life's we are not perfect. So don't go telling me to not ask questions now and there really is no reason to comment back on this. Its clear your ignorant and can't go on about things in a decent manner along with all the other *******s on here answering ppls questions so ignorantly too!
