Well I had sex on Thursday of last week I used protection but on Saturday I literally threw up in my mouth it was so gross and at this moment I feel like throwing up! And I had sex just a few days after I had my period and I my next period is in the beginning if the month and I been spotting for about two days and I didn't have sex for about a yr and Thursday was the first time I had sex in a yr can I be pregnant?

You could be but there really won't be any way to tell for a couple weeks then take a test. Or go to the dr now... but they may no be able to tell yet either.
