My penis has white pumps on the glans just under the head. My doc said it's not a STD or anything. I'm uncut but I want to know how to get rid of them

And your doctor didn't offer up any advice when you saw him? That's not a very good doctor I have to say.

Like I said... crappy doctor... he should have added ".....but it might be this and you should do this...." After all, you was already there and paid for the visit and it would have taken all of 5 or 10 more seconds. I'd seriously consider getting another primary care physician.

Its like going to the doctor with chest pains and him telling you its not indigestion... and leaving out "but it might be a minor heart attack" because you didn't ask that question specifically..

He said it well go away on it's own. The pumps are from not being circumcised. He said there's no cream or meds for it. He said I could have sex

What exactly are pumps? I've never heard this term when referring to the male genitalia. Could you give a description?

Bumps. Are you talking about bumps?

Pumps and bumps are very different things.

Here is the definition of a pump:

1. A machine or device for raising, compressing, or transferring fluids.
2. Physiology. A molecular mechanism for the active transport of ions or molecules across a cell membrane.
3. Physics. Electromagnetic radiation used to raise atoms or molecules to a higher energy level.
4. Informal. The heart.

Here is the definition of bump:

A raised or rounded spot; a bulge.

Big difference.

Either way, if the doctor said it would go away on its own then wait and see. Make sure to keep it clean, use soap sparingly, and if it doesn't go away go back to your doctor.
