How can I obtain Virginia State Tax Refund on an Indian address?

I am filing the return on paper from India and providing an Indian address on the form. However, there is no space on the form to provide direct deposit or cheque details.

Am I missing something here? Wouldn't they be sending a cheque to the address you gave them on the form ?

Many thanks for the reply. I was unsure if Virginia State Tax Department would be willing to mail a cheque at an international address. I assume the answer to this is "yes, Virginia State Tax Department would mail the cheque to my India address via Fedex/DHL" Please let me know if my understanding is accurate. Thanks again.

Fedex/DHL is a courrier service, not mail. You would have to set this up with them, if you could. I could see it being 'mailed', that is air and land.
