I'm 3cm dilated and 38 weeks pregnant could my baby be coming soon?

Most likely your baby will be coming within the next two weeks.

It's not uncommon to be 3cm dilated for a few weeks. What I, as a labor and delivery nurse, look for are the regular contractions. Are you having any? As well as cervical change.

Are you drinking a lot of water?

Walk a lot. Walking can cause cervical change. Nipple stimulation can cause contractions to begin.

You could go into labor tomorrow or not until early March. Try your best to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy... not much longer... :)
