For those of you young teenagers like me, that feel sometimes that their chest hurts when they breathe in or your heart get a sudden stabbing feeling; or if you get blackouts when you stand up that make you fall down without feeling it; if you also hear a ringing noise when you are blacking out; I have felt this too, and for some of you it may be a serious condition, but for me and many other teens, it is only a serious lack of water! I was offal at drinking enough water for years and hands, feet, and throat would get really dry, esp. at night, but when I started listening to my dad and drinking a lot of water, it went away and my physical and mental performance enhanced tremendously! I now drink 3-5 glasses of water before every meal and whenever I get thirsty. I strongly encourage all teens to do the same! Our bodies, esp a growing teen, need A TON of water to make it through. Your body and mind will improve in sports, academics, and socially. For me, it has also balanced my moods, behavior, and hormones, just like every teen needs!

Amen! Adults too. The elderly VERY much.
Many people end up in ERs, fainting, thinking they are dying, when they are just dehydrated. Not that it won't be serious if allowed to continue.
Check your pads of your fingertips. If wrinkled, you need WATER.

How about if I am 14 and I have all those symptoms but I also smoke sometimes?
