Hi,
I am a international student with F1 visa. Here is my situation.

In 2010 I earned $4000 income (about $1500 net profit) on the eBay selling and I heard that is illegal as a F1 visa student. So I stopped to selling on eBay.
Recently, I am confusing if I need to report this income.

What if I just report on campus income without eBay income. Will IRS know about this?
If they will find out this income, Does that affect applying H1-b visa and Green card ?

What if I report this income from eBay. Does this Tax report affect applying H1-b and green card in the future ? Cause I have already violated F1 visa regulations.
If I have to report this income what kind of form should I file.

I don't care about how much Tax should I pay. I am just worried wrong decision affect my Visa.

Thanks

Yes, you must report the eBay income. You are self employed. You will report your income and business related expenses on schedule C or C-EZ (Form 1040). Then you put net income (or loss) on line 12 of Form 1040. On F-1 you will not pay SE tax so you need not do form SE.
