You it is kind of hard to understand. Anyway, I am a boy but I will try to answer your question. I would go up and strike up a conversation about maybe their previous school and I think girls are better at friending girls. Try to be as relaxed as possible as I found out that it would help you continue the conversation. How are they mean to you? And just take it easy as I too would take about as much time as you making friends. February is still early.
