I am a Patient Registrar and the Emergency Room Doctor (Director) asked for my number and has told a mutual co-worker how cute I am and all the qualities I have but he won't ask me on a date. We do text and started talking a little bit more at work but he won't ask e on a date. I don't know what to think, very confussed if he really likes or did he changed his mind? What should I do?

Ask him to lunch. Don't let the drama in your head get the best of you. Life is as simple as you are direct. You can ask him to go for a sandwich with you at lunch sometime, surely?

I wouldn't be losing any sleep on this. If he is really interested he will ask you out, apparently he just isn't at that point. I would be nice to him and flirt a little, but Don't lose you head over him at this point.

I would keep going out with other people, why be waiting around for someone who may or may not be asking you out.

Is there a hospital policy that coworkers are not supposed to date? If so, someone may have clued him in.
