Unless it is crisp and never been folded, its not worth much, maybe ten dollars. If it is CRISP and FLAWLESS, maybe a hundred, maybe a little more (depends on the condition). Can only be truly graded by physically looking at it, in person. You CANNOT get an accurate appraisal via explaining it or even looking at a pic. There's more to it than that.
