Shall I pay taxes on this amount from Brasil in USA?
The taxes in Brazil are paid in the source.
I got married in 2007 in USA , since then, I have just an income from Brazil where the taxes are paid in the source during all year.
I do not have any income in USA

I am a retired professor in Brazil I am a resident in USA ( since my marriage with an american citizen)
I pay taxes in the source in Brazil
They say I should pay taxes also in USA since I am a resident . I do not receive any income in USA and my salary from Brazil does not come to USA but stays in Brazil just part of it .
The question is :
Will it be a double taxes payment? How to do the taxes correctly in USA?

When you file your U.S. tax return, you would submit Form 1116 (Foreign Tax Credit) to claim a credit for the taxes you paid to Brazil. This avoids the bulk of the double taxation, though the credit may NOT be dollar-for-dollar.
