I left my phone at the back of my office while I was serving customers at the shop.
After 15 minutes I realised that the phone disappeared.
I made the claim to the CPP insurance company which refused on the basis that I left the phone unattended in a public place.
Is my office consider a public place?
What should I do now?

First read the policy. Make sure you are covered. Then try and take the claim to a higher person at the insurer.
