The housing where the recoil is for the pull start was riveted to the housing that covers the engine. If I attaché the two housings with 4 8-32 screws with nuts will they vibrate loose through the vibration of the engine. I used a wratchet and tightened it as best I could but I'm not sure this is the best way to do it. I looked for rivets and all I could find was aluminum and the original were steel.

I was thinking perhaps lock nuts or lock tight but I'm wanting to get it done correctly before I put the snow blower back together.

Should be able to get pop rivets at any hardware store , aluminum will work as long as there the right size for the hole
