There are many websites that say when you clean yourself after your period you have to be careful how you do it so you don't kill bacteria you need to conceive. How do you get clean? And is Pre Seed lubrication OK for trying to conceive?

For me, I just clean myself with a nice warm shower, I don't think the warm water and just relaxing could cause harm and I was told not to do anything excessive to clean there because it will cause irritation and dryness.

Pre-seed lotions ARE okay to use when trying to conceive due to it being "fertility friendly"
