How do you get the air out of a hot water system I know how to do the cold with a hose pipe from the tap end? Heated in the tank, if you turn off cold feed to hot water tank then empty hot taps it lasts two day and is then back to having a trickle of water out of basin

You don't have air in a domestic water system, hot or cold. As soon as you open a faucet any air in the pipes is pushed out and replaced by water. The only exception is if you are on a well and the pump is pumping air in and that is rare.
Tell us more about the problems you are having.

Where are you located? In USA all water heaters have cold coming in top and hot going out top. That is why air can not be trapped in heater. You must have different setup.

OK taking a chance here because you gave everyone a bad grade so far, they are trying to help and so am I but cool it with the bad grades for now. You say " hot water system " so we aren't sure if this is your heating system or domestic hot water, please explain more clearly. Tell us where you are and what type of unit heats the water, like a boiler of hot water heater, then we may be able to help you

This sounds more like debrs in the hot water that has gotten caught in those two faucets. I'd suggest taking the mixing valve apart and cleaning the seat/stem or cartridge if they have a cartridge. If you can tell me the brand/model or post a picture I can help further with that disassembly. Maybe you have reached a point where you can be on your own on this, let us know.

Do you have single or two handle faucets (taps)? Sounds like you may just have a blockage in the faucet hot water side.

Turn off hot water to faucet. Open hot side of faucet to let pressure off. Remove handle and all trim.
Remove stem. The first nut you see should be the bonnet or stem compression nut. That prevents water from coming out around the stem. The second nut is the shoulders of the stem. Turn counter clockwise to remove.
After removing stem , place towel or small container over stem hole and turn water on briefly to flush the valve.
Reinstall stem, reinstall in the open position. Snug up stem but do not over tighten. Turn on water and check valve. Reinstall trim and handle.
