Yes.. there is value to the right people. But that is collector value... not actual monetary value of the actual note... which has none as it is no longer a legal currency.

Thank you Smoothy. I just found the bill yesterday while going through my 86 yr old mother's "treasures". She saved many interesting items, like ww2 ration books & other items from that era & before. If any of it has a monetary value, we want to donate the proceeds to a family scholarship fund. We have some online digging to do!

THeir value would have to be determined by a collector... too many variables for anyone to venture a guess without seeing their condition etc.
But no, not totally worthless... very few things that old are without value. The question is how much and to whom.
