I did already my income tax 2011 but what happened is I lost my w2 from one of my jobs! But I had my last paysutb then I did! But if someone get my w2 that I lost, and try to get the money that I supposedly get in this w2! I would like know if this is possible ? Someone get my w2 lost and get my money from there?

You are asking whether someone could submit a tax return using your name and your social security number but with their mailing address, so that the refund check would be mailed to that address? I suppose it's possible. But if you already submitted your return and provided info for electronic deposit of your refund you shouldn't have an issue.

I would recommend that you request a replacement W2 from your employer, so that you can be sure the numbers you submitted to the IRS are correct.

First you don't get money from a W2, you use it to file for your taxes and only get a refund if you over paid your own money in.

But if a person wished they could still W2 and file false reports
