We have some tiny brownish grey, (1/16th inch) long caterpillars on our new range hood. We live in Tucson, had a kitchen remodel done a few months ago and now have these things appearing. They go down to the edge and then put out a string like inchworms do and repel off the edge towards the stove top. Any idea what they are and how to get rid of them other than just squashing them as we find them? Sorry but they are too small to photogragh! Sigrid Jones [email protected]
