I have been married since last 6 years. Six year before my husband had got permanent residency and he married me and brought me from my country ( India). Then I got permanent residency as well. Then we have got kid (son). Then slowly our realtion turn over to misunderstanding and we started to sepretly and I sent my son to india to my family because the reason was he was not taking any responsiblies toward my kids and me. Then I told him to get divore but he was not agres and not agress till yet. The reason is he want me to go back my country. That is why is tourchering me.. I m really having trouble... I need to know if I loudge divorce case from my side then what will my permanent residincy status? And will I be able to stay here in canda and can I make my own identification after divore?
