I am trying to see if there is any way for me to get married at age 15 in Texas. I will be 16 in 5 months. My fiancé and the father of my 7 month old son is 18. When we met I was 14 and he was 17. I do not know if I will have my parents consent to get married at 16 so I want to just try to get a court order now. My fiancé is financially able to support my son and me both. He already supports us both. I do not think my house is suitable or safe for my son. We live with my single mother, although we are usually staying with my fiancé. My mom is a felon and has a suspended drivers licence. I do not have a legal way of transportation and do not feel safe there. There is also much more. I really need to figure something out soon.
Thanks.

You should be more worried about boyfriend going to prison for rape, having sex with a 14 year old is not legal in Texas, in fact the age of consent is 17, so if you are still having sex with him, he is still committing a crime.
And to get married, yes your parents will have to sign for you to be married.
You are basically in a real mess, make mom mad, she can send boyfriend to prison very easily,
You have a baby at a age where you should not have to worry about that.
But at this point you can try to get emancipated but I am not sure that will onlyopen another can of worms about the entire issues with mom and boyfriend and more

You better have a darn good reason to get a court order for marriage that gets you out of having your moms written consent, because in the eyes of the Texas law, he can be charged with statutory rape, which is more likely, than them giving you a marriage license.
You need a smart adult to talk to.

Personally ( well personally I have a real opinion that I don't want to post here about all of this)
But your best bet is to follow and do what your parents say at this point, since they are holding all of the cards right now. They could easily have boyfriend in prison and you with no means of support
