Hi Momurray...

You'll need an 1.5" minimum drain and vent for this setup. A 2" drain is even better, but not required. The vent should be within 3-5 feet of the trap and should either go out the roof or connect to other vents in the home. If you penetrate the roof you will need to increase the vent size to 2" just before the penetration. The vent would extend above the roof between 6-24" depending on how much snow you get in your area. Vents PITCH back toward the drain so any rain water or condenation can fall to the drains naturally. If your local code allows, you could install a mechanical vent as long as it was installed under the sink for ready access to the mechanical vent (called an AAV). I don't like AAVs, but if they are allowed in your area they can save time and money for you. The drain and vent pipes should be hung every 4 feet and you should also install a full-size cleanout under the sink.

Hot and cold water should be 1/2" copper tubing, or you can use PEX or even CPVC tubing. Install shutoffs under the sink.
