I was ordered to 2 yrs. Probation and immediately following court waited hours to meet with the probation department. When I did , the probation officer told me that he was very busy that day and he didn't have time to do any paperwok and that I needed to return to fill out this paperwork or he would get in trouble. We have been missing each other and I left multiple messages on one day and he failed to return my call untiil the next day when he told me that he doesn't have to call me back and I should have just came down there that day and to come in right away to fill out said paperwork. Since I have not signed any papers with the probation department , do I have any obligatin? Can a warrant be issued?

Read the first sentence you wrote... YES, you have an obligation. Yes, a warrant can be issued. These are NOT nice people, and they're IN CHARGE of your life for the next two years.

Let's put it this way: you have a choice. Either screw around with this inconvenience, or do your time in jail. Which will it be?
