Hi Everyone
I have a good friend who has been trying to get a divorce for over 2 years. His wife and him own a bar and a large house and she keeps going back to court to make the divorce take longer because she had him put out of the house and he is living with his mother. So she is making all the money from the bar and living in their house which he cannot go back to. He just wants his half and move on, but she knows she will have to split everything and keeps getting it postponed... any suggestions? This is in Missouri

Calling this behavior to the attention of the Court (and Judge) is the job of HIS Attorney.

Why is the Attorney doing nothing?

Two years is not a terribly long time to take when there is property and a business involved, not at all.
