I have had the Mirena for almost two years will be in April.. I haven't had a period in a year it went away completely I had unprotected sex two weeks ago today and for the past week I have been so sick to my stomach, been throwing up just about every morning and craving weird things but losing weight.. I can still feel string so I know its still there I took two tests this morning both negative but its only been two weeks.. I smell weird things most make me sick and make me want to throw up I've stopped eating things that I love and today went to sonic and got a choc milk shake with pickles inside.. I did not crave anything with my first child but was sick to the stomach but not all day just morning.. I'm waiting another week to take another test and see if it goes away if not I will go to doctor but just need some help until then..

It sometimes happens, but an IUD is usually quite effective on its own at preventing a pregnancy. Since you are having possible symptoms, certainly testing again would be wise. You may just be fighting an illness, but if it continues see your doctor.
