Hello I am trying to find out how to go about revocating the parental rights for the father of two of my children. He is on one of the birth certificates but not both. He has a standing order of child support which he has never paid towards. In fact it is totals currently 18,248. He and I were in a relationship until the first child was 10 months old. I left him due to his physical abuse and mental abuse at that point. We were never married, after I left him I found out that I was pregnant that child he has never even laid eyes on and he has never paid support for her either. The child support order in place covers both children. Because he hasn't had contact with the children since the oldest was ten months and his lack of child support payments do I have solid grounds for filing for termination of his parental rights?

Nope... and if you had done a search using "terminating Parental rights" on this site alone... you would find out the court rarely ever terminates parental rights.

Not Paying for them or seeing them has no factor in this.

I know its not what you want to hear.
