Has your hair always been real thin or is the thinning something new?

IF it's something new, please see your doctor so he/she can evaluate you and see if you happen to have a hormone imbalance.

It's hard to cover up really thin hair, but try some of the thickeners and use your blow dryer to work up some volume.

If this is a recent development, you should see your doctor and get your thyroid checked. Sometimes, sudden hair loss can be a sign of thyroid imbalance. Aside from that, finding a good multivitamin that has a healthy dose of BIOTIN in it can help. Most of the supplements that are for hair and nail health have Biotin as a main ingredient. It is safe and often enough to change the tide. Also, avoid wearing scarves or hats that overheat your head or cause excessive friction on your scalp. Sometimes, there are stimulating oils that help revive the hair follicles... but truthfully, until you actually know if you have a thyroid or other health issue, I would hold off on the supplements.

Best of luck to you.
