There's this girl named Lacy at my school and I really like her and she likes me a little, so how do I make my move?

Actually buddy, putting a letter in her locker shows that you're too scared to talk to her. You might want to grow a pair.

First of all, manners are everyhting. You want a girl to like you you need to behave like a gentleman and so far your comments do not indicate you are a gentleman. I thought the comment about saying she looked pretty was a nice way to break the ice./ but it sounds like "to make my move" means you want to "hook up" more than ask her out on date.
As for making her like you, no one can do that. The fact you called someone a retard for offering well intentioned advice doesn't give anyone warm fuzzy feelings. That kind of attitude won't get you very many dates in the near future. Women, girls, boys, men all deserve respect. And calling someone a retard doesn't show respect but ignorance.

For the record, handing a girl a note would get her attention faster than just shoving one in her locker. At least in her hand she would read it. Finding it in her locker, she would takes just as much effort to throw it away as you did putting it in there.
