I am thinking about getting a divorce. The house is in my name only. I had a bill collector from my husband that I am divorcing , send me a bill telling me they will go after my house for this bill . Can they do that?

When was the house acquired... what sort of bill... has there been a court hearing and judgement yet? Where do you live as laws vary.
