Hi I'm on F1-student status(opt extension) my husband is filing for family based GC for me .As I have EAD card(opt ext card valid for 17months) do I need to file the form I-765 or I just skip this form.

Other is on form G-325A there is one question asking about applicants employment do I need to mention about employment as I'm on student status .But on opt we can work so do I need to fill this part or not. Just say student on opt.

One EAD is all you need. If you are working, then put it down on the form.
