I had a baby one year ago, and I gained about 55 lbs during the pregnancy. Before that, I was the perfect weight, about 143 and 5'7. So, now I need some help to slim my thighs back to normal. :) Any suggestions? I am eating a healthy diet, 1000-1200 calories a day. I am starting an exercise program next week, but exercise won't help fast enough. I am getting married in March and I want to be about 3 sizes smaller than I am now. Does Mesotherapy work? I have heard it doesn't, just causes bruising. Or should I try the New Zerona treatment? Or something else entirely? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Stop stressing. Do the diet and exercise, and get your wedding dress tailored to fit you properly. Buy some magic knickers and good underwear, and no-one will know or care what size you are. The great thing about wedding dresses is they hide your thighs.

There was a study which found that women who did high intensity intervals on their bicycles (where they went flat out for two minutes, easy spin for two, repeat for 20 minutes) lost more weight, and more fat off their thighs and bum than women who did standard cycling classes.
