Ok so my 17 year old niece ended up with some dark spotting on her neck. It looks like a dirt substance but literally won't come off. We've tried everything but nothing seems to help. I honestly think it's a rash but then again like I said it looks like dirt so who knows what it could be... She graduates this year and is desperatly seeking help on how to remove it. Does any one know how to take care of this problem. She's had it for about maybe 7 months or maybe even more. Someone HELP!

I know exactly what you mean I have it too. Unfortunately I haven't found a cure yet. Think about seeing a doctor or try putting ointment twice a day.
