Model is 665-13129k703, about a year old. It does this during Smartwash HE and Normal (both with heated dry) cycles. Input water is hot (~120 degrees), drain is clear, checked filter baskets, door is closing correctly. It doesn't do this every time but most times. Everything else seems to be working correctly, dishes come out clean after I press "Start/Resume" and it finishes the cycle. Sometimes it stops and flashes "start/resume" at the wash cycle, sometimes at the final rinse cycle it is not consistent. Any ideas?

I have the same model and I called Sear to get some help. Their only reply was to buy an extended warranty or to send a service repair person. Both at the tune of multiple hundreds of dollars on top of a product that termed "elite." Sadly, I find it horrible that an American company has to resort to what is basically extortion to keep their products running.

I will never, ever buy a Kenmore or Sears product again, for the rest of my life!

I am so sorry that this is the state of what has come to be "customer service." How did you ever deal with this issue anyway?
