How about the churches where you worship, or visit other near by churches,

Not very organised. Christian life is not good here.

I can't speak for your local city, but I know there are many many Christian groups there, one has to look for them.
I have personally ordained at least 3 missionaries that work there, who have in turned ordained local pastors
