My spouce and I were apart for 2 years which I paid support through the courts we have been back together for 4 years and I still pay support, the DRO told me they can't stop it only him and it is my word against his so is it fair I still pay this along with every thing else the children need? How do I stop this?

Why not send a letter to child support agency and let them know that you have been together for the last 4 yrs.Anything to show that 4 yrs ago both was living together could work.My brother is going through the same thing only he acts like he doesn't care.

Someone needs to tell the proper people about this... it could be considered as defrauding the state, and you don't want that on your record.Good Luck!

If the support is court ordered then a court has to rescind the order. So when you moved back in together why didn't you go to court to modify the support order?

It is correct, as long as there is a court order, you have to pay, so it is easy, you go back to court and ask for the support order to be thrown out since you are back together.

But why would it be "his work" against "yours" you mean he would go into court and lie about living with you ?

Also so you pay him, he then just spends that money on all of the bills that both of you pay? I mean if I gave my wife 400, she would then just use that same 400 to buy food or pay rent anyway
