I aplyed for avisa to joine my husband in uk asettlement visa and I have been applied for 2 month now and thers no news so far what can I do

Two months... and you think its not too soon to expect an answer just yet? The wheels of government turn slowly.

It can take 2 YEARS or more in the USA for example..
