What kind of notices are you receiving? Was a Judgment obtained against you? If so, go to Court, review the papers and ask for a new hearing because you were not properly served.

You do not have to be personally served - it could be nail and mail or substitute service.

Of course, you WILL be served at the new hearing but then at least you have a chance of defending yourself.
