I did not file my 2009 taxes. I did them on line with turbotax, I mis-place them & need a copy. How do I retrieve a copy from trubotax

First, contact the TurboTax help line and see if they can prodiced a copy of the return.

If not, call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and get a FREE copy of your tax transcript; the tax return, along with the W-2 and all of the tax forms submitted for 2009, will be on that tax transcript.
