Hi! Hope someone can help. I have a pending EB3 visa application. I want to divorce my partner for 10 yrs once granted visa. Im including my partner in the visa application. Reason is so that he can be in the same country for easy access/communication with kids. Can he continue to stay in US provided he can afford? When is the right time to divorce him; while in the UK after receiving visa stamp or after entry to US? We have been waiting for the visa for 4 yrs now.. Thank you very much!
