Hello, Anyone knows how to control ejaculation? Or there is any kind of medicine that can help me improving my premature ejaculation? I have been in this situation for so long. I tried so many different methods but it did not help. I tried to use double condoms, use spray products, masterbase before sex... did not help at all. I ejaculate in less than 10 seconds (only in and out 2 times). I thought time and experience can help me to improve it but NO... I'm 34 years old now and married but thing still the same. Please help

I believe there are holding back exercises you can do, but it takes many months and you may not be keeping up with the exercises long enough if you've tried them before.
There are some very costly prescription medications on the market that will help you keep an erection even after ejaculating - talk to your doctor about it. It's OK, they hear this kind of stuff all the time.
