You mentioned nothing about that in your OP. So my advice was accurate and your use of a negative rating was inappropriate.

Also, when posting you really need to type in full sentences. It was hard to understand what you are talking about because of the lack of sentence structure.

What happened 11 years ago has little bearing on what is happening now. If you have had no contact in 11 years and she shows up all of a sudden to harass you, then you get a restraining order. That's how you get it to end.
