I was with my ex for 6 years and I suffered with deep depression as he was aggressive told me I was ugly and no one would ever want me he even managed to persuade me that my friends and family didn't like me and that iwas a burden to them. During that time I fell pregnant, he couldn't be bothered to sign the birth certificate and he didn't spend any time with my daughter, he worked two jobs and he never gave me a penny! His excuse was why should I, when my daughter was three I thought it shouldn't be like this its not right on me and it isn't fair on my daughter. After the separation he didn't pay a penny and still didn't see why he had to pay anything and he didn't bother with her either. After a year he got some other girl pregnant and had the cheek to ask me for my daughters old things after I paid for it all. Now my daughter is six years of age and guess what he still isn't paying for her. I'm engaged now to a fantastic man who treats me with respect who looks after me and most importantly my daughter. Still to this day he do-sent see why he has to pay he has started to ring her and arrange days and nights with her and she loves him to bits, but he is still rude and aggressive towards me and always gets me in tears. Is there anyway I can stop him coming near my house and for him to stop ringing me, I want out of my life but to stay in my daughters.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

In all you told us you never once mentioned whether you went to court for child support. If you didn't then he did not have to legally pay anything. And you dropped the ball.

After you marry your fiancée he can apply to adopt the child. This will effectively end the father's relationship with your child.
