I just found out that someone is using my bank account to pay their bills I assumes. I do run a business and it was somebody who was helping me out (but not a true employee). They signed my signature to a check (the check was real) to pay bills. Also, they were using my routing number and account number to pay their bills online. Is this illegal. How do I pursue pressing charges? Do I contact the cops or get an lawyer?
